Local business owners volunteer as bell ringers for the Salvation Army.

Della Stump, Carrie Moran-McCleary and Olivia Williamson rang the iconic red bell for the Salvation Army Monday, Nov. 29. "As a small business you show your support for your community," Stump said. The three women, who run Designs by Della, Plains Soul and Lady Pompadour, respectively, stood outside a billings business for several hours to raise money for the charity.
