Dust Pleads Not Guilty in Old Crow Case
Defendant appeared via video from Yellowstone County Detention Facility
Veronica Tierza Dust pleaded not guilty on Friday, March 31 to felony deliberate homicide and felony tampering with evidence in Big Horn County District Court in Hardin.
The charges stem from the April 2019 death of Mildred Alexis Old Crow. Old Crow was reported missing in November 2020 after family reported not seeing her since March 2019.
Dust appeared via video from Yellowstone County Detention Facility. She remains in custody with a $1 million bail.
Co-defendant Roseen Lincoln pleaded not guilty to the same charges on Tuesday, March 28 and is being held at Rosebud County Detention Center in Forsyth on a $1 million bail.
