One man is dead, and another is in custody in after a Dec 24 shooting in Wyola, according to Federal Bureau of Investigation Public Affairs Specialist Sandra Barker.
The victim's name is not been released.
The suspect is in custody at the Bureau of Indian Affairs Rocky Mountain Detention Center in Hardin.
The agency is continuing the investigation into the shooting, Barker said in a phone call from FBI Salt Lake City Field Office.
