Janine Pease, EdD is this week's cultural enrichment speaker at Little Big Horn College.

Pease will make a presentation on the development, passage and implementation of the Tribal Colleges & Universities Act from 1973 to 1981 at noon on Thursday, Sept 28 in the Little Big Horn College Library Programs Room and online.

The federal legislation provided the base funding for the creation of Little Big Horn College and other tribal colleges. Pease is the founding president of Little Big Horn College from 1982 to 2001 and now serves as an adjunct faculty in Humanities and Social Studies.
