Youth Artwork Contest Deadline Jan 10

CROW AGENCY – Apsáalooke Nation Housing Authority is hosting the Art for Elders Artwork contest. 

Themes can include elders, family, and a general good feeling.

Three winners will be selected from each age group, K-fifth grade, sixth grade to eighth grade and ninth grade to twelfth grade.

Art will be displayed at the Apsáalooke Seniors Center. Any medium can be used, including pastels, watercolor, markers, when creating custom pieces inspired from family, stories, Indian names, landscapes, and more towards their artwork. 

This contest is a way to encourage and see the creativity our youth hold. Showing love for our relatives through artwork.

Deadline for submission is Wednesday, Jan. 10. Applications can be picked up at Apsáalooke Nation Housing Authority at 216 Weaver St in Crow Agency.
